Hi, I am Tracy Henwood, the owner of Knit Spin Weave. I am a passionate maker, skilled in knitting, crochet, dyeing, spinning, felting and weaving. I am a lifelong learner and a ‘jack of most crafts’ My little shop is my dream come true. I love going to ‘work’ each day. I do what I love and love what I do. Knit Spin Weave has be

come more than a shop it is a community where people connect, visit and meet, share ideas and learn from each other in a friendly, fun environment that reflects the communal spirit of days gone by. I love fine yarns and fibres. Hand dyed yarns are devine. But I also understand that all yarns and fibres have a purpose and use. Not all of us have the budget for the cashmeres and silks, so I also stock more affordable and practical options of quality acrylics and man made fibres. I stock a variety of locally grown fleeces from farmers I know, as well as prepared spinning fibres from Ashford New Zealand. In addition a range of spinning wheels and weaving looms are set up for you to try your skills, or to look at updating. Feel free to ask me to have a play on the many looms and wheels on display. I am a proud Ashford Dealer and carry their quality range of products. If you want to learn I am qualified teacher who offers both individual one on one classes as well as small group lessons, for all aspects of knitting, spinning and weaving. I have been fortunate to have travelled across the state teaching adults and children new fibre arts skills. From drop spindling in country high schools to workshops in Adelaide at major craft events. Come and visit the beautiful Clare Valley and pop by for a chat.
