The time is getting away again. Already into February. The retreat is the last weekend in April.
I’ve ordered the dyes and materials. The workshop list and program are now up on the website plus the enrolment forms.
Equity and inclusion is a core value of our retreat and what I believe keeps people returning. I keep the costs down as much as possible and offer a range of accommodation options. From day trips, swags ($10pn), campsites to onsite heritage rooms.
Keeping the retreat inclusive has seen children attending and a lovely cross generational sharing of skills.
The retreat starts with a whole group workshop. Something that’s not too difficult so we can chat and get to know each other as we work. In 2021 Jodie instructed us in the 1000 hearts project. Last year was Yarn mandalas and this year we will needle felt our name badges.
If you would like to join us for 2023 find the information you need HERE. The on-site rooms are fully booked. Camping sites and accommodation in Snowtown are still available.
Family is very welcome and for additional cost can also eat with us. There is limited spaces in workshops, retreat attendees are given preference and day visitors are welcome to join.
