Velvet Scrunchies two variations ( UK Crochet terms)
- 6.5mm hook
- Birch ombre velvet ( makes 10 Scrunchies)
Version 1
Round 1 Fill elastic hair band with double crochet, slip stitch to join
Round 2 2 chains, work two (or 3) double trebles into each double crochet. Join with slip stitch
Cut yarn and finish. Take care to see ends I’m as to not prevent the Scrunchies stretching.
Version 2
Round 1 fill the hair band with (dc, ch 8) repeat around. Join last chain to first dc.
Cut yarn and finish. Take care to see ends I’m as to not prevent the Scrunchies stretching.
