I’ve been enjoying making cards. Playing with scissors and glue.
I thought it would be easy, but I’m learning that making cards is like any creative pursuit. It takes time, skill and knowledge.
Card making does require a sound understanding of colour, composition and techniques,
Cards are available for sale in store at only $4 each! Not because they are ‘cheap’ but because I love making them. I use quality paper, card and embellishments and each card takes me around 20 minutes to construct. Most of that time is making decisions 😀 playing with layout and thinking about who the card will go to.
