World Kindness Day

Today is World Kindness Day. A great day to reflect on how I can make the world a little better for others. It’s so easy to get locked into our own little worlds and fail to notice the needs of others.

Kindness is not only good for others but for ourselves too. Being kind to others makes me feel good about myself.

Little actions can make a huge difference to others. Opening a door, offering a hand, letting someone else go first at the checkout, buying a coffee for a stranger, saying hello, smiling at a stranger, complimenting another. Taking the time to listen.

People are more important than profit.
